• Pad and dry at 130 o C or shock cure at 180 o C for 30 sec.

TERENE PEIs a good, resin bath additive and is no-chlorine retentive. It improves the tear strength of resin finished goods by acting as a lubricant to reduce friction between threads. It also gives soft and supple handle besides giving increased crease recovery and flex abrasion resistance. Because of its low emulsifier content, finish of TERENEPE is more durable even after prolonged laundering.

To impart a soft handle to cotton and synthetic fabrics pads with 30-40gpl

TERENE PE is and follows by stenter drying. This finish with TERENE PE is fast to washing over a long period of time. The cost of imparting a soft handle to the fabric with TERENE PE is very economical.

TERENE PE is also used at the concentration of the 10-20gpl as a yarn lubricant and finished agent for knit goods. These goods are not normally further processed.

• Recommended uses in various processes:
• Addition of TERENE NYCS to the bath improves winding performance of the YARN.
• Treatment with TERENE NYCS to knit Yarns, knit, and woven goods imparts soft handle to the material. The treatment is particularly suitable for cotton and rayon hosiery goods.
• By using a mixture of TERENE NYCS & PE – emulsion liquid it is possible to reduce concentration of softener without impairing the soft handle. This combination will also reduce the cost of finishing.
• Incorporation of TERENE NYCS in the finishing bath along with the starch and similar products improves pliability and softness of the finished goods.
• Goods treated with TERENE NYCS do not turn yellow on storage. Therefore specially useful for bleached full white goods. TERENE NYCS can be incorporated in the blueing treatment.
• TERENE NYCS can be used as an antistatic agent for synthetic and their blends.

• Prior to the treatment with TERENE NYCS goods should be thoroughly rinsed and made free from salts. TERENE NYCS can be used in exhaustion as well as padding method.

• TERENE TPE should be added to mixing chest or beater. The recommended dosages are 0.4% to 1.0% on dry paper basis.
