· Conventional “ sodium silicate “ addition to hydrogen peroxide bleach bath poses problems like harsh feel, silicate marks, and lack of process control, specially for high value and delicate textiles.

· Non – silicate , high efficiency well stabilizer AXEL AWNI, facilitates modern day pre-treatment and peroxide bleaching and offers greater stability, higher bleaching performance and soft feel even with small dosage ( 1 / 10^th of silicate)

Axel SIFA is Organic Stabilizer for Hydrogen Peroxide Bleaching Baths. It replaces sodium silicate completely, i.e. it has the same bleaching effect without disadvantagesof silicate. Enhance the degree of whiteness with increasing concentration. Forms complexes with heavy metal ions (e.g. Fe+++) thus preventing catalytic dam age to thecotton fibre. Improves the absorbency and handle of the material. Is stable to alkalis and can be used in reinforcing liquors with up to 150 g/ l caustic soda solid.
