Pacicon AW is warping lubricant designed to improve weaving performance on high speed looms for dyed and undyed synthetic yarn and blend with natural fibres.

Technical Data :

Chemical Composition : Polyglycol Ether And Fatty Alcohol Ethoxylate.

Appearance : Light Yellow, Clear Liquid.

Ionicity : Non-Ionic.

Solubility/Emulsifiability : Dilutable With Cold Water in All Proportions.

Features :

• Excellent reduction of thread – to metal – friction.
• Increases lubricity and suppleness of warp material.
• Reduces the tendency of the threads to hook to each other.
• Very good antistatic properties.
• Excellent dust binding.
• No formation of deposits or incrustation on reeds or application units.
• Very well removable by washing.
• Does neither yellow nor resinify even in case of longer storage of the goods.
