Pacific Texchem Pvt. Ltd. is manufacturer of AXEL SAI Softening Agent For Hard Water. AXEL SAI is high power sequestering agent specially developed for scouring as well as bleaching of cotton, terry towel and polyester/cellulosic blends.

It has a high chelating action for calcium, magnessium and iron under alkaline conditions and high temperature. It not only prevents precipitation of insoluble hydroxides and carbonates formed during scouring and bleaching, but also chelates iron impurities thereby preventing catalytic damage and pin-hole marks during peroxide bleaching.

It is also suitable for combine scouring and bleaching operation.

Applications :

• In scouring, bleaching as well as combined scouring and bleaching of cotton and Blends by batch process:
• 0.5-1 g/l AXEL SAI can be added with usual recipe to prevent white deposits as well as pin-hole marks due to iron. When AXEL SAI is added in the recipe, reduces the concentration of organic stabilizer as it has stabilizing action.
• For dyeing of reactive, vats & sulphur dyes up to 200-250 ppm hard water, 0.5 g/l AXEL SAI can be added before addition of dye bath conditioner/leveling agent to soften the water. However, pretrials are recommended to arrive at required concentration when AXEL SAI is necessary during dyeing.
• For combined scouring and bleaching on continuous bleaching range 0.5-1 gm/kg AXEL SAI is recommended.
• In bioscouring of cotton 0.3-0.5% AXEL SAI is recommended to prevent precipitation of pectin residues at the end of bio-scouring and before peroxide bleaching. Quantity of peroxide stabilizer can be reduced when SAI CONC is added before bleaching.

Note: Please note that for dosing, 10% dilution of Sara quest-W is recommended instead of neat solution.

Precautions :

• Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg oC. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
• Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.

Special wetting agent and detergent with an emulsifying action for removing oily, fatty and waxy impurities and improving the absorbency of the textile material during the pretreatment. In higher concentration the product has an excellent action.

Stability : In the concentrations in which they are normally employed, AXEL FBOL is stable to hard water , acid, reductive and oxidative bleaching agent and in caustic soda of upto11” Bc ( 80gpl) at room temperature.

APPLICATION :

Wetting agent / detergent with a pronouned emulsifying action, which promotes the removal of hydrophobic impurities and pigment soil from cotton regenerated and synthetic fibres and from wool and wool blends during pretreatment processes and improves the absorbency of the textile material. Good wetting action with only little foam formation ( no impairment of the enzyme activity).
